People normally associate “No win no fee lawyers” with ambulance chasers, the kind of legal professional who earns most of their money through other people’s misfortunes, traffic accidents, workplace accidents, and unfair dismissal cases. Not so anymore. Some big names in the law industry are starting to take on large legal battles against some of Australia’s largest corporations, including banks.

The latest trend is for such lawyers to take on legitimate large scale cases, some might perhaps even set some industry precedents and be very helpful to clients in need, and society. More public interest lawyers are what the world needs right now.

In Melbourne, Australia the federal court system and its top lawyers and judges are now much more accessible to hundreds of thousands of people. People can now be represented in class action lawsuits and get their case heard if they chose to for small claims such as fee gouging. Previously it would have been too expensive. When these small claims are made by tens of thousands of people in one case, it adds up to a lot of damages being paid out, even for a big business.

Class action lawyers in legal firms have the power to claim $50 million plus in some cases. In terms of a class action lawsuit against a bank or other large Australian corporate service provider this claim might include fees charged for service, overdue fees and dishonour fees on their accounts.

Some of these fees that banks are known to charge in my experience, 30 plus dollars a piece are in no way justified economically, or practically in my opinion. Since everything is handled by computers these days, there is very little oversight or manual labour into transactions in this day and age. Under Australian law, banks can only charge a fair amount.

A class action suit against one of the big banks would be Australia’s largest ever, solicitors say an estimated 27,000 are willing to be involved in a single case, including individuals and businesses holding about 40,000 personal and business accounts. Legally representing 40000 or more legal entities, imagine the amount of legal fees they will gain off of all these people if they win.

Large corporations are notorious for attempting to draw out legal battles over years until the single party, not able to afford the rising legal fees has no choice but to drop the case, even if they are quite sure it will be decided in their favour. To be fair on all parties in such a case a good judge would likely discuss with both sides of the parties ways in which the case could run as quickly and inexpensively as possible.

If a class action claim was made seeking a refund of unfair fees paid since 2004 plus interest, I wonder if that will be the same pathetically low interest rate I get in my bank account, from memory around 0.01%, and after fees that becomes negative! Some people might even get lucky and receive the true reserve bank interest rate of 6.5% or higher for the real retail rate the banks charge to those in debt to them?

You can now easily bring a case to court for a claim of as little as hundreds of dollars to more than $35000 for businesses. Even though the claim might be small, this kind of legal action is now being funded on a no-win no-fee basis by litigation funders more and more in Australia.

Let’s hope this trend of good will no-win no fee lawyers services continues, as it makes the courts and justice more accessible with no up front charges, and the legal battles result in a win for consumers.

Hosting multiple domains on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) is a great way to establish a web presence. If you only intend on having one website then this point is moot, but if you are bent on becoming a web guru, you will likely need more than one website to do this.

A disadvantage when it comes to shared server sites is that you would need to pay for additional domain names as well as the additional server space. The advantage to VPS hosting is you can purchase one virtual private server and outfit it to meet your web hosting needs. Again, the domain names will need to be purchased but they will be considerably less in this option.

When dealing with multiple domains on VPS you are offered the utmost in efficiency and convenience. You are able to handle all of your domain names using one control panel which is another convenient feature. Multiple domain hosting through your VPS offers you a greater web visibility.

Your web presence can be expanded and you can bring people your own points of view in many different ways. You can set up a news content site, a web directory, an e-commerce store. You could also set up a site to promote your pay per click earnings. Using the Fantastico application you can make use of your multiple domain sites and you can add your own words of wisdom through blogging, forums, photo or video galleries, or support centers for those who need them. Using multiple domains can allow you really expand your presence online.

As far as cost goes, your multiple domain names should not cost you any more than what it would if you bought them with shared servers. You can purchase domain names through the hosting company who uses established companies to bring more traffic to your site.

Once you have these multiple names and your domains become active you can manage them easily through the control panel of your VPS. Depending on your VPS host you can set up email accounts, FTP accounts, databases and sub directories for each domain.

There are many affordable packages available online, it only takes a little research to find them. The prices for VPS and multiple domains should be only a little higher than shared server hosting plans. Finding the right service provider for your domains could mean the difference between you being just another internet blogger and you becoming the next online sensation.

Does the idea of having “virtual” sex, online sound appealing to you? The ability to anonymously (for the most part) meet up and share a sexual encounter online, with little or no real life hang-ups, seems to appeal to a great many internet users. This is were virtual worlds, like Second Life a.k.a SL, come in very handy.

There are many ways of communicating online, whether it be through text chat, voice, video or a combination of all three. For the purpose of this article, will, however, be focusing on the avatar based, virtual world known as Second Life. Users can create an account, refine their avatar, and slap on a headset to talk with other “residents”. This social experience naturally leads to many activities you would encounter in real life (RL). Instead of listing all the things one can do in SL, I will again, focus on the sexual aspects… since they are the most intriguing to me. Not because I indulge in such aspects of SL, but because I have been witness to countless relationships around me while using SL. Listening to people stories, and experiences with it.

There is a LOT of “sex” going on in SL. Some of it between people who just want a relationship in one form or another… and some of it is financially driven. I am referring to the oldest profession in the world of course. Prostitution online is a very active trend now a days. Second Life is a perfect breeding ground for this, due to the anonymous nature of a place where you can be, anything you want to be… or anyone, should I say. Don’t like something about yourself? Leave it out of your online persona. Want to see how it feels to be a member of the opposite sex? change it! Are you a little shy in RL, or sexually reserved? well, go online and be a paid voice escort… or cam (video cam) escort, for the exhibitionists among you.

Second Life takes a little getting used to. It is not the most intuitive, or friendly place for the new user. Once you get the hang of it, however, it becomes very easy to see why so many folks are rushing to experience the sexual side of it. for some, SL sex and relationships can become almost addictive in a sense. You can become so used to it that you almost crave it. I know it can be a little off putting to the casual observer, especially for those who came to SL for non sexual based reasons. The thing to remember, is that for a lot of people, SL provides a relatively “safe” way to try things they may not otherwise get to in RL. Have you ever secretly wanted to do something sexual that you just couldn’t do, or get someone else to do in RL? Well odds are that there is a whole community in Sl almost dedicated to that one fantasy you may have. Like minded people, in one place, makes it easier to live out whatever you can think of.

Great photographs will do the initial job of grabbing your customer’s attention, but when it comes down to making a real purchase decision the devil is in the detail, and the detail is your product description.

It’s important to have polished catalog copywriting because there’s no quicker turn off than a half-baked, badly written explanation of a product and its benefits. Hiring a professional writer to craft some tightly worded and expressive descriptions will pay dividends, but how should you go about finding the right person?

Many catalog printing services companies have strong links with freelance writers, and you could ask for a recommendation from yours. But you’ll need to do your own assessment of any prospective writer, and here are a few things to look out for.

Ask to see some examples of similar work the writer has done previously. You’ll quickly get a feel for the way in which they phrase things, as well as an indication of their versatility. Some writers are brilliant in a particular field, such as report writing, but might not be able to turn their hand to creating the sharp and engaging sales copy that you’re after.

Take careful note of the questions your prospective writer asks you. Good writers are by their very nature exceedingly inquisitive people. They have a strong drive to learn new things and make discoveries. If your writer displays a lack of curiosity about your business and products, it’s not a good sign.

How prepared is the writer to really get to know your business? If you’re hoping for great things from them in terms of catalog copywriting, they’re going to need a willingness to get under the skin of your company’s product lines and overall pitch to customers.

Another thing that needs to be nailed down properly is how you’ll pay for catalog copywriting services. You could agree on an hourly rate, and for this sort of arrangement you’ll obviously have to have a relationship of trust between you. Writers, like anyone else, can vary a great deal in their rates of productivity.

Perhaps a better way is to decide to pay an overall project rate. This suits many employers because it isn’t as open-ended, and they know from the outset what they’re letting themselves in for cost-wise. However, you need to build in an agreed number of revisions and redrafts that you can expect from your copywriter otherwise you could both end up resenting each other.

Getting in professional catalog copywriting talent is one way to increase the sales effectiveness of your catalog, and by choosing competitive catalog printing services you can control your costs at the same time.

Recently Homeopathic HCG has become a hot new way to lose weight. Part of the reason for its popularity is that many people are seeking to do Dr. Simeon’s HCG Protocol for weight loss but are reluctant to inject themselves on a daily basis with the HCG hormone. In addition, the HCG hormone is expensive, hard to locate and requires a doctor’s prescription (or ordering it from an overseas pharmacy which takes 6 weeks to deliver if it is not confiscated by customs officials).

Some physicians like myself, have discovered that people are getting comparable results using the HCG hormone injections. and the Homeopathic version of HCG. The difference between the two treatments is that the HCG hormone is made into a homeopathic remedy (diluted hundreds of times and potentized) so that it is an energetic imprint of the original substance that works in the body on an energetic level.

I know of at least once vocal critic of using Homeopathic HCG for weight loss. She warns her newsletter list frequently that homeopathic remedies only work by reversing symptoms and therefore is not applicable for weight loss. Indeed, classical homeopathy invented by Dr. Hahnemann in the 1800′s works like this: if you have a rash and itchy skin and you can try homeopathic Rhus Tox (poison ivy) and it can help your symptoms disappear. Homeopathy works by giving rememdies that would normally cause symptoms in a well person can cancel out those symptoms in someone with those symptoms. Strange but true.

So how would homeopathic HCG fit into this method? It doesn’t. However, Homeopathy works in many ways besides reversing symptoms. For example, there is a type of homeopathy called Oligotherapy which provides very small doses of vitamins, minerals, supplements and hormones that can be very powerful in nudging the body in the direction of health.

Homeopathy has several other categories of remedies each of which has a different method of action such as Miasms, Sarcodes, Liquitrophics, Hormetics Restoratives, Allersodes, and Isodes.
This critic also states that homeopathic HCG does not provide enough HCG to actually work and the only weight loss that occurs is due to the 500 calorie diet which will actually cause harm to the hypothalamus for being on a very low calorie diet.

This is not true. The studies that compare those who go on a 500 calorie diet with and without the HCG hormone show that those who take the HCG experience little to no hunger, have a resculpting effect on the body, show more inches lost, show a large decrease in emotional eating and binge eating. This proves that the HCG hormone has a significant effect on the body. Furthermore, those who use homeopathic HCG also experience these same advantages.

Sometimes I visit HCG Forums and see people posting messages that Homeopathic HCG does not work. I ask them if they have used it or tried it on patients and the answer is always “No.” I have not found a single critic who has had any experience with the Homeopathic version and I would love for any critics to show me their data if they have any that supports their views.

I fear that this protocol, as miraculous as it is, can be a bit cult-like and the people who use it can be quite dogmatic about following it exactly as Simeon’s wrote in his HCG Bible. To me, this is dangerous, if we do not want to stay in the dark ages we always needs to be open to experimentation and continual improvement. In my medial opinion, there is much room for improvement on Simeon’s protocol. In my book on Homeopathic HCG, I have added suggestions to his protocol to reflect what we know about biochemistry, physiology, physics and nutrition and most importantly, natural medicine in the 21st century and I hope to see his work continually improving as science advances.

Does Homeopathic Hormone treatment work? Yes it works and it works well. I observed a physician in Scottsdale, Arizona for three months and his specialty was using homeopathic hormone treatment for all sorts of hormone conditions. He had a waiting list of 6 months due to the efficacy of his therapies with no side-effects.

We are continually collecting data from those who have done both the full strength HCG and the homeopathic version and they are reporting to me that they are getting the same results from both versions. All the health care practitioners that I have spoken with who are using homeopathic HCG are also getting the same positive results.

If you or someone you know would like to learn more about Homeopathic HCG please sign up for my FREE weight loss newsletter. If you would like to share your experience using HCG, we would love to hear it to add to our research data. Email us at Support@Enlita.com.
