Many people believe that successful marketing for a pizza restaurant involves hiring big pros and spending lots of time and resources on a massive campaign. But the reality is that making people aware of your awesome pizzas can be nothing more than a simple text message. Text message marketing is very powerful and can make a curious customer your most loyal one. He will become your living billboard singing praises about you!

There are many ways to do pizza restaurant marketing and text message marketing is one of the easiest ones to do. You don’t have to be an Einstein to figure it out. There are some basic rules that are followed to make text messaging marketing successful.

Firstly, customers are given a choice to fill in their information via a print advertisements, email, order form, online signup form, or other type of communication. You customer will basically trade you their information for a discount or special offer on your products. The other way for prospective customers to signup for your text messages is to text a “keyword” (such as FREEBREADSTICKS) to your registered short code (a term used for the phone number a customer texts the keyword to). For example your advertisement might say:

Text keyword FREEBREADSTICKS to 55555 to redeem this offer and receive future discounts. Hurry, offer ends at midnight!

Customers share their information which then gets fed to a central database which stores all the details like phone numbers, addresses. In some cases, even order details are stored so certain customers can be targeted with deals that they are bound to take – the “big pizza chains” are good at this.

Permission based marketing (also known as “opt in”) ensures that the customer doesn’t feel forced into parting with their information nor does he feel that his privacy is being invaded when he receives a message from the pizza restaurant. This is critical to the success of your pizza text message marketing. Make your customer customer feel happy, not invaded upon, when he receives a message from your restaurant.

Remember, if you give your prospects great bargains, you will get loyal customers. Get started today with your own pizza text messaging.

When people purchase furniture, they look for different features. They want something that will look nice in their home at an affordable cost. If you’re furnishing a new home, you’re going to have quite a few rooms to furnish so you can’t spend it all on one room, regardless of how much you love that one special sofa set. The money you’ve budgeted for furnishings has to last for the entire home. The living room is the room that’s going to take the most money and consideration. You’re going to want to get items that are durable as well as functional. Therefore, price, appearance, structure and functionality are what you will be looking for in living room furniture.

Renters often look for the same qualities, but also want things that can be affordable as well as decorative and attractive. They may not be renting their home for a long time so they want things that can be moved easily. Even with this in mind, they can choose from a large selection of pieces including sofas, lighting fixtures, sofa tables, wall hangings, etc. When choosing your living room furniture, think it out carefully. You want to consider the size of your room as well as what style you are looking for. Size needs to be a consideration when renting. If you purchase something that’s large, you may be limited as to what kind of apartment you can rent in the future. Although items like sofa tables won’t present too much of a problem, the size of sofa and beds you choose needs to be considered.

If you own your home, you’re probably planning to stay there for a while, so you aren’t as limited with your choices. The sofa will be the biggest purchase in your living room. Besides the wall colors, it will be the part that everything else will center around. In other words, you won’t be getting a sofa that goes well with your accessories, but rather your accessories need to blend with your sofa and walls. The most common accessories for your living room are lighting fixtures, wall hangings and sofa tables.

Sofa tables have been around for hundreds of years and continue to be almost a necessity in your living room. They come in a variety of colors, styles and sizes. They’re made to go in almost any room d

One of the more annoying features of the insurance world is its habit of distilling options down to simple sets of letters and then failing to clearly explain what the letters mean. In other words, insurers hide behind jargon and prefer not to explain clearly what you are buying. You are expected to assume the insurer has your interests at heart and pay over your money without a second thought. In many cases it works. Over the years, we have given up the unequal struggle and just say prayers we never fall sick. But, as premium costs have risen and the recession has cut back our spending power, trying to understand the options is back on the menu. So let’s start with an explanation of HMOs and PPOs. In fact, they both rely on a network of physicians, clinics and hospitals, but they differ significantly in the detail of how they deliver healthcare to you and your family.

A Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is a network of healthcare professionals that enters into a contract with an insurance company. The insurer offers a captive group of people to refer to the network and, based on the expected volume of business, the network agrees a fixed fee for all the main services on offer. In theory, this works well for everyone. The fees are discounted because of the volume of business, so the insurer saves money and charges lower premiums. This is usually the cheapest form of health plan with very low copayments and, often, no deductibles. But there are problems. HMOs are very reluctant to accept people with existing conditions requiring expensive treatments. They prefer most of their patients to be reasonably healthy. The reason is basic economics. Every physician has to meet a quota of patients in a day. This means spending the shortest possible time on each consultation. Long diagnostic sessions disturb the quota and can result in penalties to both the doctors who miss their numbers and the patients who have slowed down the queue. There are also significant restrictions on patient choice. A nominated primary care doctor decides what referrals shall be made and to whom. HMOs are the cheapest form of care, but you have little control over the treatment you or your family receive.

A Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) uses the same basic approach but, because you pay more, you buy greater control over the treatment. The copayments are around 20% and there are usually deductibles. But, you have freedom to choose your own doctors. So long as you go see a physician in the network, you are covered. If you want to see someone outside the network, you usually only pay the difference between the network rate and the actual fees your choice collects.

So, when it comes to cheap health insurance, an HMO is the better option. But if you have the money and a health problem likely to need more extensive treatment, you should opt for a PPO. It always comes back down to your own personal needs and what you can afford. Cheap health insurance always comes with limitations. Read the small print before you buy into any plan and see exactly what you can and cannot do before you agree to buy the policy.

Once you’ve determined that you have something to say to the press or specific online prospects, you’ll want to issue a press release or news release in accordance to your overall press release strategy. Press releases are relatively simple to write. However, there is a specific formula that you must use or you could damage your credibility. Plus, it cannot be sales-y. Your press release must actually contain news, which by definition is previously unknown information.

Many media outlets prefer 2-3 weeks advance notice to cover an event. At the same time, the Internet has greatly changed the way releases are distributed and has opened new areas of opportunity. You can distribute your message online much faster. Often online distribution sites also circulate to specific newswire services.

When compiling your press release information, keep the following in mind:

1) Keep the release short; no longer than one page. (This only applies to traditional media releases. Online releases can be a bit longer. Just remember, reporters are busy. If you’re after traditional media exposure, be respectful of their time.)

2) Open with an attention-grabbing headline. (consider character length – i.e. less than 140 characters for Tweeting with links)

3) Include the release date (month, day and year) and the city and state of origin.

4) If you want your information considered immediately, indicate “for immediate release”. If you want the media to wait for a specific date, indicate that as well (i.e. for release Valentine’s week -Note: not all media outlets will embargo your news).

5) Include specific contact information and be accessible. Telephone numbers, cellular phone numbers (depending on strategy), e-mail addresses, fax numbers and website addresses help the media reach you easily.

6) The opening paragraph is your introduction. What is the purpose of the release? Why is the information of interest? Be sure to keep your readers attention (remember reporters are busy people – make their job easier)

7) The second paragraph should include the details. This is the “Who, What, Where, When and Why” of the release. It’s a good idea to include quotes from credible sources that support your information.

8)The third paragraph is where you make a case for your final point.

9)Finally, include a company bio or boilerplate. This is a description of your company, your products and your services. Use the information commonly shared to describe your business or service.

10) When writing your release, know who you are writing it to and why they might be interested in running your story. Be clear about your purpose.

11) Close your release with this symbol ### centered at the bottom of the page (this signifies the end, and is proper formatting).

Do you have a press release strategy?
Are you regularly sharing your news so you can in turn share your gifts with the world and help more people?
What have you or your company done lately that’s newsworthy?

Weight loss has become an everyday topic across all ages in the American population today. You will agree with me that the population has quickly realized the extent to which obesity has become a serious health problem that needs immediate attention. The sad reality of the situation is the fact that it is not getting any better. More and more children and young adults are becoming over weight at an early age now than it was ten year ago. This scenario is accelerated by the fact that majority of the affected population give up the battle against weight control and give in to obesity.

I get asked almost everyday by different people who are looking for ways to loss weight for an effective weight loss method. I am sure this question sounds familiar to most people in our society today – or at least most of us can relate to it in one way or the other. I wish there was one simple and clear answer to this question, but the reality is there isn’t. This does not mean there are no solutions to over weight problem. To better understand the effectiveness of weight loss method, we need to consider the following facts:

Overweight is long term: It is a fact that weight does not built up over night, it takes months if not years. The rate at which people gain extra weight however varies with individuals based on different factors that include, but not limited to: metabolism, physical activities, calories consumed, genes and lifestyle among others. Among these factors, food is the chief source of extra body weight gain. Considering that an average adult requires an average of 2000 calories daily, majority of the people go beyond. The body only utilizes what it needs for energy production to sustain the body systems and the surplus is converted to fats and stored mainly around the belly area. The only way to get rid of this fat would be through work. Whatever method of weight loss you choose should be one that enables you to burn more calories than you consume. It is also important to remember that a healthy weight loss is a slow process that demands some sacrifices.

The rate of losing weight is relative to individual’s body weight: When all factors are kept constant, the rate at which an individual losses weight depend the individual’s extra body weight. An individual with a larger extra body weight tends to loss more than an individual with a smaller extra weight. For instance, when a group of overweight individuals are put through a similar training program for some weeks, it is possible to witness as high as a 50 pound weight loss from one and as low as 2 pounds from another. This picture often misleads many people especially when the extra or targeted weight is not given. It is therefore more meaningful to calculate the percentage of an individual’s weight loss relative to the overall extra body weight. Losing more weight doesn’t not always imply that an individual is better than the one who loses less.

Achieving a healthy body weight does not always mean losing weight. Most weight loss methods, for example recreational sports, facilitate muscle growth in the place of fat. This means that even though you are burning fat by going to the gym, running or jogging, the scale may still be reading the same weight or in some cases even more. In this situation, physical fitness rather than the scale reading should be used to judge one’s health status. Remember muscle weigh more than fat. Strive for a healthy status rather than a mere drop in pounds.

Sustainable body weight is achieved through gradual healthy weight loss methods: It is only natural for humans to want to loss all the extra weight as quickly as possible and forget about it. There are consequently hundreds if not thousands of weight loss pills readily available everywhere for this quick fix. The troubles with most of them are the site effects. Contrary to quick fix, weight loss must be both achievable and sustainable. Sustainable healthy weight require work and patience, there is no short cut!

Hints: An effective weight loss method must:

Have no negative effects on the body

Become part of one’s lifestyle

Fun and entertaining

Inexpensive and easy to perform

If you can’t think of any healthy weight loss method to use, here are some great options to choose from:

Running, Jogging, Walking, Swimming, Weight lifting, Synchronized exercises, hiking, skiing, biking, rock climbing, beach volley ball, tennis and Kayaking among others.

Be wise, choose what works for you and stick to it, make it part of your lifestyle, embrace it and you won’t have to worry about the scale.
